Maxwell-Potter Conservancy

Contains 26 acres of conservancy, a fenced dog park, arboretum with paved trails and signage to identify the many different trees, a picnic shelter with restrooms, playground equipment,  access to the Riverwalk and fishing from the shore. There is also access to the river for kayaking or canoeing

 

Maxwell Potter Conservancy park area includes the Pat Liston Dog Park and the Baraboo Arboretum at the Southeast part of Baraboo.

 

Enjoy a picnic or a gathering under the shelter, which has bathrooms and nine tables and is available for rent at the Civic Center.

 

Treat yourself to a day of fishing as the shelter is right against the Baraboo River.
